Ensure your brewing equipment is unused, in its original packaging, and within the 30-day return window from the date of purchase.
Submit a Request
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and affix the provided shipping label or address to the outside of the box.
Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will process your full refund or ship out your replacement item within 3-5 business days.
