How long will it take for my brewing gear to arrive?
We process all orders within 24 hours. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while express options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
What is your return policy on coffee equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused equipment in its original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened bags of coffee beans.
Do you offer warranties on espresso machines and grinders?
Yes, all electrical appliances sold through Alternative Brewing come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty to ensure your peace of mind.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and interest-free buy-now-pay-later options like Afterpay.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
